By perpetual profession, the sister gives herself to God unreservedly. God confirms His Covenant by consecrating her to Himself forever.
The sister and the Institute are bound to each other forever in bonds of mutual commitment to serve the Lord and the Church, according to the charism, spirituality and mission of the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. (CC. 89)
